2. Orders are placed by you, or your distributors, or directly from the end user, using EDI, XML and/or CSV technologies. Our interpreter translates the files and places the orders into the production system automatically.

3. Books or e-books are produced (downloaded) and shipped. Books are produced in whichever location is closest to the final destination and shipped using your preferred method. Your invoice and packing list is sent with each order. Production facilities include Chicago, London, the Netherlands, and Australia.

4. Receive monthly, itemized statements via email with full backup documentation in PDF format.
