File Preparation Information

Publishers' Graphics has a great pre-press department to help you create PDF files that will result in the best looking books possible. If you need assistance creating PDF files for your text and/or cover, please call 888.404.3769 and talk to our Pre-press department. A little time spent on the front end will save you hours of time later!

Publishers' Graphics offers 30 day terms to qualified clients / companies.  Submit the two-page application by email, fax, or standard mail to the attention of Account Manager.

Templates

As a book manufacturer, Publishers’ Graphics offers an array of papers. Our selection ranges from 45# offset to 100# gloss coated text and includes everything in between. We want your book to be everything you want it to be and we go out of our way to find the papers you want to use in your books. Our house sheets are high quality opaques, but we also have offsets available for those books that just don’t need the extra cost. Because our stocks are varied, we provide cover templates to our customers so that the spine thickness is accurate before you send your file to us.  In order to use these templates, you will need to call Customer Service at 888.404.3769 and obtain the PPI of the paper that was used to quote your project. Then, fill in your page count and the PPI in the spine area of the template, and the correct bulk will appear.
