Return Policy

If you received a damaged carton and the contents was also damaged please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with the order number, the tracking number on the carton, a contact name and telephone (a shipping carrier claim will be filed).

Once confirmation of reimbursement from the carrier is received we will ship a replacement.
Should you need the item sooner, please place a new order and we will issue a refund when confirmation of reimbursement from the carrier is received.

Exchange Policy

We will exchange your product for the following reasons:

1. Received incorrect item - contact us within 3 business days of delivery
2. Received a defective item - contact us within 3 business days of delivery

*Please call 888-404-3769 for a return authorization number (RA#). We will send you a prepaid USPS label to return the product to us. Please note: A return authorization (RA#) is required for an exchange.

Upon receipt of the product, a replacement will be sent to you.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or distribute your personal information, the information is used by Publishers’ Graphics, LLC and Publishers’ Graphics Bookstore only.

Your email is our first attempt to reach you should we have a question about your order. We will only phone you when emails have gone unanswered.

We may at times send emails to you to let you know of specials, and will always allow you to have your name removed from these kinds of mailing.

Limitation of Liability

We may provide links to the author/publishers/copyright owners sites or their affiliated companies, and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their Web sites. Publishers' Graphics does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, product, and content of all these and any other third parties. Terms and Conditions

The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Publishers' Graphics Bookstore" or "site"). THE PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE CUSTOMER AGREEMENT These Terms and Conditions supplement the PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE Customer Agreement, which applies to registered PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE customers. 3. OTHER MATTERS These Terms and Conditions and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, and applicable federal laws of the United States, excluding any rules of private international law or the conflict of laws which would lead to the application of any other laws. For all disputes between PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE and you or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Web sites, these Terms and Conditions, transactions facilitated or conducted through the Web sites, Items ordered or purchased through the Web sites, dealings between You and PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE, or any related matters or any legal relationship associated therewith or derived therefrom ("Disputes"), the relevant parties will attempt to find a reasonable solution least onerous to the parties. If a Dispute cannot be resolved by the parties, then the Dispute must be resolved before the Courts of in the State of Illinois, United States of America and you hereby irrevocably submit and attorn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of those courts in respect of all disputes. Proceedings regarding Disputes must be commenced in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of DuPage, State of Illinois, United States of Illinois within three (3) months after the Dispute arose, after which time any and all proceedings regarding the Dispute are barred. Any shorter time limit provided by statute law remains unaffected. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No consent or waiver by either party to or of any breach by the other party of these Terms and Conditions will be deemed or construed to be a consent to or waiver of a continuing breach or any other breach of these Terms and Conditions by that party. No consent or waiver will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved to PUBLISHERS’ GRAPHICS BOOKSTORE.
