| President and Owner, Nick A. Lewis | |
| Following in his father’s footsteps, Nick Lewis began his career in the printing industry in 1983 by taking employment at The Nicholstone Bindery in Nashville, Tn. After achieving the position of Bindery Manager in 1992, Nick had reached the top of the ladder in just 9 years. Needing more of a challenge, Nick moved to Illinois in 1993 to accept the Bindery Manager position, at a larger, more complete, book manufacturing facility. Still feeling the itch of a true entrepreneur, Nick left that secure position in 1996 and founded Publishers’ Graphics with his colleague, Kathleen. Like many business owners, Nick thrives on the challenges that his company offers. His goals to securely employ individuals and to give to charitable organizations are fulfilled through Publishers’ Graphics. When he’s away from the business, Nick’s true love of coaching is enjoyed with his son’s travel baseball team that he has worked with for over 6 years. Nick’s children, his three dogs, and his coaching keep his attention while he is away from the office. |

| Vice President and co-founder, Kathleen Marada | |
| After graduating from Appalachian State University in 1983 with a B.S. in Management and Marketing and a minor in English, Kathleen began her career in the printing industry at The Nicholstone Bindery in Nashville, Tn. Thirteen years later, she and Nick opened Publishers’ Graphics, a business that they created to fulfill the short run needs they felt were not being serviced in the industry. Her job roles have always involved the customer service and sales aspect of the business. Her influence at Publishers’ Graphics is exemplified in how the project managers meet each customer’s expectation for service and in the vast array of options for papers, binding styles, and finished products that we offer. Kathleen enjoys reading, swimming and running, her dogs, and mostly, her children and all of their varied activities including ballet, softball, baseball and choir. |

| Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Hoffmann | |
| Catherine joined Publishers’ Graphics in 2001. With degrees in accounting and finance, she has streamlined the financial record keeping of the company and has maintained up-to-date customer and vendor files. Daily goals include identifying and developing options to measure and improve systems for the benefit of our customers, employees, and the company. Catherine creates original methods to make sense of information that otherwise seems meaningless. Catherine has been an integral component in the formation of systems that have allowed Publishers’ Graphics to flourish and is a major asset to the company. Catherine and husband, Pete, have 3 children. Her free time is devoted to family, friends, and a variety of interests including photography, poetry and short-story writing. | .jpg)

| Sales Representative, Doug Hafer | |
| Doug joined Publishers’ Graphics in 1999 as our Graphic Artist and was promoted to Project Manager in 2001. As one of our project managers, Doug’s responsibilities included estimating, scheduling proofs and final ship dates, and troubleshooting problems. In 2005, Doug’s new and current position was created. His focus as our sales representative is to contact prospects, evolve them into customers, and develop long term relationships with them. Doug is a 1998 graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a degree in Graphic Arts Technology Management. He was married in 2004 to Sarah Edwards and in May of 2007, they had a son. Doug has been an important team player at Publishers’ Graphics and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help our customers and the company. |

| Senior Account Manager, Denny Willison | |
| Denny joined Publishers’ Graphics in 2002 as one of our Project Managers and has been in the printing industry since 1978. With his 28 years of experience, Denny is able to service our largest accounts with the ease and professionalism of a seasoned veteran. Denny has received numerous complementary letters from our customers, who feel their accounts are always taken care of in the best manner possible. Denny and his wife, Jaye, have three children. He is an avid Chicago Cubs, Bears and Bulls fan and he also enjoys bowling. Denny is a true asset to the company through his devotion to his customers and his ability to establish close relationships with them. |

| Project Manager, Peggy Davis | |
| Peggy joined Publishers’ Graphics in 2007 as one of our Project Managers and has been in the digital printing industry for over fifteen years. Being new to the company, Peggy brings a fresh viewpoint on how we can improve our services. Her responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, customer service and following up with customers to make sure their projects are going smooth. She takes pride in doing her job and always goes above and beyond to help. Outside of the office, Peggy enjoys gardening, swimming, and spending time with her family. |

| Project Manager, Sheri Herring | |
| Sheri joined Publishers’ Graphics in March 2005 with five years of experience in the printing industry and enabled us to service our customers much more personably at a time when our other managers were stretched. Sheri has developed relationships with a variety of customers and takes to heart each project that involves her service. She enjoys building long term relationships with customers while providing for their printing needs. Sheri works with team spirit and pitches in wherever she is needed; helping out with whatever task needs to be completed. Her addition to the company fulfilled its needs to offer the best customer service available in our industry. The complimentary letters Sheri’s customers have sent regard her service as “outstanding” and because so, they are devoted clients to our company. Sheri and her husband, Dan, have two teenage sons. Sheri’s hobbies and enjoyment come from gardening, aerobics, hiking, traveling and time with her family. |

| Cover Prepress Manager, Jim Lohrey | |
| Jim joined Publishers’ Graphics in 2001 and has been in the printing industry since 1990. During his sixteen year career, Jim has held positions in prepress and as a press operator on a variety of equipment including offset, screen, flexo-graphic, gravure, and digital presses. Nowadays his focus in mainly prepress, but he also gets involved with production. Like most companies in this business, Jim’s knowledge of file manipulation and how to get our equipment to do the impossible, is our most closely guarded secret. Jim has received many customer compliments regarding his conversion of their previously printed covers to digital files and they are always amazed at the quality of the printing. Jim’s outstanding ability to create something from nothing makes our project managers’ lives a lot easier, for which they are all grateful. Outside of work, Jim is an avid motorcyclist and occasionally makes it to the racetrack. |

| Shipping Manager, Dave Bosler | |
| Dave has worked in the printing industry since 1979 with a focus on digital imaging and printing equipment. Joining Publishers’ Graphics in 1997, Dave fully utilized his 27 years of experience by devoting as much time and energy that was required to get our young and fledgling company up and running. Without his dedication, commitment and perseverance, Publishers’ Graphics would not be the company that it is today. Dave’s outstanding and unique ability to find something wrong with a job has saved many a book from being printed and or bound incorrectly. His uncanny talent has found customers errors as well as our own, but it is his loyalty to doing a job right that has made all the difference at Publishers’ Graphics. During his free time, he enjoys watching standard bred racing and has previously owned a horse in harness racing, which he is looking to get back into. Besides horseracing, Dave has enjoyed being a Chicago Bears season ticket holder for 24 years. |

| Text Prepress Manager, Eric Kmiec | |
| Eric joined Publishers' Graphics in 2000 as a press operator, after having worked in pressrooms and prepress departments across the Chicagoland area since 1994. In his current position, Eric scans previously printed books, proofs all text orders, conducts quality checks during press runs and impositions pre-printed and electronic text files as well as imposes text for some of the more difficult color files. Eric’s responsibilities maximize his talents for optimizing the latest technological devices and the latest software applications. With his can-do approach, no one ever has to tell a customer “We can’t do that”. Eric is a 1993 graduate from the College of DuPage, where he studied Graphic Arts and Photography. When he isn’t working, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and a life as a musician, photographer, artist and absurdist philosopher. That’s why everyone loves Eric! |
